Joint Legal Entities ("Zweig Advisory," "we," "us," "our"): By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purpose Only—No Advice; No Client Relationship

The Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, or any form of licensed investment recommendation or solicitation requiring regulatory authorization in the EU, UK, US, or UAE.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site shall be governed by the following rules of split jurisdiction, depending on which Joint Legal Entity is the primary subject of the claim:

Claims against Zweig Services and Asset Management GmbH (German/EU Entity): The dispute shall be governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the competent courts located in München (Munich), Germany.

Claims against Zweig Cost Control & Risk Management Services EST. (UAE Mainland Entity): The dispute shall be governed by the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the competent courts located in Dubai.

18. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with the Website Policy) constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
